Education & Training Programs
The IFPSA plans to function in two key educational areas;
In upgrading and updating members fluid power knowledge; and, in cooperation with formally constituted education agencies, will offer fluid power curricula and courses.
Customised training programs will be developed by the IFPSA to allow specialised training in the following areas:
- Component function and system design.
- Component servicing and refurbishment.
- Fault diagnostic techniques for systems and components.
- Tube and hose installation techniques.
- Professional sales and marketing strategies for fluid power sales people.
- High pressure hose assembly training and certification.
- Effective supervision techniques for foreman and leading hands.
